A minimum stay of 5 nights applies in all seasons.
Booking Policies
Check-in
From 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Check-out
By 10:00 AM. Late check-out available on request, subject to availability.
Minimum Stay
5 nights minimum across all seasons.
Deposit
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The remainder is due by bank transfer on arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival receive a full refund. Later cancellations: deposit is non-refundable. Please contact us for details.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the apartment. Please contact us if you have specific questions.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly not permitted indoors. Smoking is permitted on the terrace only.
Maximum Occupancy
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Children count toward the guest total.
