Booking Policies
Check-in
From 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Check-out
By 10:00 AM. Late check-out available on request, subject to availability.
Minimum Stay
5 nights minimum across all seasons.
Deposit
30% bank transfer to confirm your booking. Bank details are sent once we approve your request. Remainder is due by bank transfer on arrival.
Cancellation
Cancel 30+ days before arrival for a full deposit refund. Later cancellations: deposit is non-refundable.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the apartment.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Permitted on the terrace only.
Maximum Occupancy
Up to 6 guests. Children count toward the guest total.
How Booking Works
What happens after I submit?
You'll get an instant email confirming we received your request. Within 24 hours we'll reply to either confirm your booking or explain why those dates can't work. While we review, your dates are held — no one else can request them.
How do I pay the deposit?
Once we confirm your booking by email, you'll receive bank transfer details for the 30% deposit. You have 3 days to send it. The remaining 70% is due by bank transfer on arrival.
Can I modify my dates later?
Just reply to your reservation email. We'll do our best to find dates that work — subject to availability and our cancellation policy.
